Vicky Bilton MRTPI

Vicky has responsibility for site assembly and planning promotion, dealing with sites ranging from 50 to 5000 homes. Since joining Lioncourt in 2013, Vicky’s work has achieved results including local plan housing allocations, residential planning permissions and land sales, as well as successfully defending a Town and Village Green application. Previously, Vicky worked in local authority development management roles for 18 years, having attained chartered town planning status 2003.
