Lioncourt Strategic Land has achieved planning permission for 660 homes

Lioncourt Strategic Land Limited are delighted to have completed a significant land transaction!  We achieved planning permission for 660 homes, a 70-bed extra care development, primary school, local centre, relief road and community cricket facilities including new cricket pitches and a sports pavilion at Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire in April 2024. Working closely with the planning and development team at Savills and landowner, St.Johns College Oxford, the land, amounting to c.95 acres, was sold in a single transaction to Barratt David Wilson & Sovereign Network Group.  Huge thanks to the teams at BDW & Sovereign and to the legal teams at Knights & Osborne Clarke and in particular to Victoria Potterill-Tilney  at Gowling, acting for Lioncourt.
