Colin Cole

Colin Cole is Chief Executive and founder member of the Lioncourt Group. Under his leadership the company has developed into one of the fastest growing land and property businesses in Central England with 2 distinct divisions in the form of Lioncourt Homes and Lioncourt Strategic Land.

Whilst experienced management teams are in place to drive the expansion of the two divisions, Colin plays an active hands-on role in both the Home Building and Strategic Land businesses.

Prior to establishing Lioncourt, Colin was an Executive Director and Divisional Chairman of Westbury plc one of the largest house builders in the UK, with specific responsibilities for the operational and strategic land activities of the business.

Colin is passionate about quality and also the culture of the Lioncourt business. These factors have been key drivers behind the success of the business that has now been recognised as a 5 Star Home Builder for five successive years and also regularly appears in the Sunday Times and Financial Times as one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.
